These Community Standards set out what is and is not permitted on the Brain PR website, the Brain PR Dash and client accounts (together, the platforms), operated by REIID PTY LTD ACN: 628 051 454, trading as Brain PR. They apply to all clients, employees, freelancers, contractors and anyone else who uses or interacts with the platforms.
These Standards work alongside our Customer Terms and Privacy Policy. For paying clients, suspension or termination of Services is governed by the Customer Terms; these Standards govern conduct on the platforms.
How we enforce these Standards
If conduct breaches these Standards, we will ordinarily give a written warning identifying the conduct and asking for it to stop. If it continues, we may suspend or remove platform access, and — for clients — suspend or terminate Services in accordance with the Customer Terms.
For serious conduct — credible threats, criminal activity, attempts to compromise platform security, or conduct creating a risk to anyone’s health or safety — we may remove access immediately and without prior warning, and we will report the conduct to police or the relevant authority where it may be unlawful.
Safety and dignity
The platforms must be a safe and respectful space for everyone who uses them. Threats, intimidation and harassment are not permitted. All users are required to treat each other with courtesy and respect.
Harassment and bullying
The following conduct is not permitted on the platforms:
- Bullying, harassment, degrading behaviour or personal attacks
- Making threats, including credible threats of harm
- Making defamatory statements or knowingly false allegations
- Publishing or exposing another person’s private contact information
- Repeatedly contacting someone who has asked you to stop, or to use a specific channel only
- Using multiple channels, accounts or people to send persistent messages intended to harass, coerce or force contact
- Making vexatious or coercive threats of legal action intended to intimidate rather than resolve a genuine dispute
Nothing in these Standards prevents anyone from sending a genuine legal notice, complaint or regulatory referral through appropriate channels.
Deception and fraud
Content or conduct intended to deceive — including attempts to obtain free work or services by deception, bribery, coercion, embezzlement or money laundering — is not permitted. Such content will be removed and the responsible user’s access may be suspended or terminated. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported.
Privacy and confidentiality
Communications and materials exchanged through the platforms in the course of an engagement are confidential to the parties to that engagement. You must not share or distribute another party’s confidential material without their consent, except as permitted under your Contract or required by law. Your own content and deliverables you have paid for remain yours to use.
If you receive content through the platforms in error, notify Brain PR and the sender, and delete it.

Trade marks and intellectual property
Brain PR retains ownership of its trade marks, copyright and intellectual property, including Intelligent Ecosystems™ and Neureson™. You must not use or infringe our trade marks or intellectual property. The trade marks and intellectual property of clients, employees, freelancers and contractors remain their own property. Ownership of deliverables and licences is governed by the Customer Terms.
Sharing access, granting permissions or creating co-admin roles on digital assets may be necessary for us to deliver your Services. Doing so does not transfer or affect anyone’s intellectual property rights. When your engagement ends, we may remove our access to your assets, and your access to our platforms, in accordance with the Customer Terms.
IP complaints. If you believe material on our platforms infringes your trade mark, copyright or other intellectual property, email legal@brainpr.com.au with: your name and contact details; identification of the material; identification of your right (including any registration number); and a statement that you hold a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. We will review complaints promptly and remove or disable access to material where a complaint is substantiated.
Digital assets and digital services
Our plans charge for professional labour and expertise — from consultation through to execution of services such as web design and development, graphic and digital design, advertising management, social media management and business support services. We do not charge for, and do not permit charging for, social profiles that are free to create.
No spam
You must not use the platforms to disseminate deceptive or misleading content designed to elicit a conversion action (such as a sign-up or sale), and you must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in any campaign conducted through or in connection with the platforms.
Cybersecurity
You must not:
- Compromise, or attempt to compromise, any account, profile or any part of the platforms
- Collect account or profile information through manipulation, phishing, deception or unauthorised access
- Ask, direct or deceive anyone to download or run files or programs that compromise data security — including malware, keyloggers, phishing sites or credential harvesting — or that harm, or gain unauthorised access to, the platforms or the devices of anyone associated with them
Suspected attacks will result in immediate removal of access and referral to the appropriate authorities.
